It is a project funded through the Tshumisano Trust by the Department of Science and Technology to provide innovation support to small and medium enterprises.

The Technology Station in Clothing and Textiles provides support to Small and Medium Enterprises in the clothing, textiles and related sectors within the areas of:

• PRODUCT PROCESS CONSULTING.
• QUALITY AND PRODUCT TESTING
• DEMONSTRATION AND TRAINING
• PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT AND RESEARCH
